凱蒂食記：budnamujip 是家專賣韓牛的店，但我推的是他們的醬蟹。因為要生食所以新鮮度非常重要！這裡的品管也很好，吃螃蟹最令人失望的莫過於上桌時沒蟹黃，我們點的兩支都帶有飽滿的蟹黃與蟹膏。調味也是恰到好處，不會太鹹，毫無腥味，很開胃的一道小菜！budnamujip is famous for selling Korean beef, however I strongly recommend their marinated chilled crab. Freshness is the key since it's eaten raw and the quality here is promising, what can be more disappointing than getting served crab without any roe! Lastly, the flavoring is superb, lightly marinated without being too salty!
